Systems before spending any money to build-out their concept.
FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPING – Our service
includes setting up your accounting system, providing our
unique management reporting and cost control formats. Utilizing
either fax or electronic transferred Daily Activity and
Inventory Reports we provide daily, month-to-date, and Year-to-date
percent costs and operating profit statements. Our bookkeeping
service which can include payroll, accounts receivable,
and accounts payable is always a cost savings over in-house
bookkeeping.
THEORITICAL FOOD COST REPORT (TFC) – Developed
by BSA, the TFC is the strongest tool available for menu
costing and inventory control.
OPERATIONS EVALUATION - One of the most
effective management information tools is our Mystery
Customer Surveys. We customize a report form based
on your concerns and visit your restaurant unannounced to
observe your products, facility conditions, staff performance,
and potential theft problems. You are provided a through
survey that we discuss with you at length regarding recommended
modifications to improve product, service, and profitability.
We work on both by-the-visit and annual contracts.
