geographical origin. Staff training on wine and salesmanship.

wine sales and this innovative concept in wine menu is

MARTHA’S RESTAURANT – San
Antonio, Texas
PROJECT – Develop and operate
a full-charge bookkeeping and reporting system.
RESULT – A chaotic financial condition
was reorganized into a report system that showed the necessary
changes required to continue operation.
HEB FOOD STORES – Texas and Mexico
PROJECT – Develop own brand wine
and beer programs for the largest privately owned supermarket
chain in the USA.
RESULT – Acting as negotiant: Red
Birch Wines, New Zealand; Callara Estate Vineyard, Australia;
Spirit Ridge Vineyards, California; and Montage Cellars,
California, brands were developed and brought to market.
The Sportz Beer program was designed and implemented.
